I recently discovered this lovely little gem on the East Shores of Okanagan Lake in the Pebble Beach community. We were told to try the cafe by the owner of a home in Lakestone we were staying at during cancer treatments in Kelowna for my husband. Had the fried egg sandwich today and it was sooo delicious. One of the best brunches I have had. And the soft serve was also heavenly 🤤 My mom and I are already planning on coming back with the rest of the family.
I would have said yes until our dessert when the young man asked if we wanted them boxed up as they were closing at 3 pm. The restaurant was full. I think all restaurants and owners need to stop this. We have now had a sit down lunch but you want us as paying customers to take desserts to go? Never rush a paying customer out the door and go table to table to tell people you are now closed unless you are a bar and announcing last call.
