I hadn't been to a Subway in years, but I love coming here for lunch. Everyone who works here is friendly and quick. The ingredients are always fresh.

Subway in Lake Cowichan offers a variety of subs, including the Veggie Delite, which is highly recommended. Despite some disappointing experiences with thin pepperoni slices and messy salads, the service is friendly and the small-town vibe adds to the overall experience. Street parking is available, with a convenient parking lot across the street.
