A worker told me they no longer sold a item that was RIGHT in front of my face. Sure, maybe they were mistaken and that's okay. But they proceeded to tell me that I was WRONG and that it was a different item. Not only that, they told me it was no longer sold because it lacked popularity. It had the same label and looked the exact same. I returned moments later and asked a different employee for the same item. It was the item I thought it was. I've had multiple experiences...
The personal service was great but the app totally failed me. Had the code up and ready to scan the whole time I was in line but the second I went to pay with it, it went blank and no amount of restarting would being it back. Must be the spotty cell service in the area.
Met the owner and his son and they were very welcoming and helpful. Took time out of his day to give directions and advice for the trip I’m on. A true family owned business with a friendly atmosphere. As always Tim Hortons has a food or drink for everyone but this location has the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced.
