“I came in tonight and was greeted by the most lovely woman working named Precious. She was so lovely and had amazing customer service!! She made such a good pizza and was such a bright light! She deserves a raise with that level of customer service and kindness!! Especially when you go in at 11pm at night and are greeted with a smile. Precious is a a queen and she slays !“

“Came in ordered pizza had to wait a bit longer for my order they said 5 mins and it was 10 minutes and they threw in something extra no charge, no complaints but I want to praise the manager I had my 10 month old in my hand and also 3 boxes of pizza, he said don't worry ill bring the food to the car. This was excellent service from the manager i presume thank you again!“

“Okay this is my first time leaving a review this place is really amazing and I'm not just saying that the staff and the manager are great the food is pretty damn good specially the donors cuz usually I go for the pizzas cuz their pizzas are phenomenal and whatever you guys ask for they do it up for you I've been with the gorge one for 6 plus years off and on and now I'm at the quadra Street and the staff is really nice there too. I think a lot of people should try out this place the one on quadra Street and Gorge and you're really get bang for your buck I noticed even their pastas really good too and they have delivery or you can go pick it up and they have pretty good prices too. The person who took my payment was friendly and efficient and on seeing I was struggling to carry everything, immediately began to help and carried my order out to the car in the pouring rain. “Dear Ricky, congratulations on the new franchise. Service was awesome, thanks Mark! A/C works great but I'm not a fan of the pizza dough, sorry. Maybe the dough was perforated too vigorously? Pizza dough is supposed to puff up and its that air inside that makes the crust melt in your mouth, good..! This dough is flat (especially in the center 2/3's of the pie.. it's like the cheese penitrate the dough preventing it from fully rising or imo properly baking. Trust me I'm not a crank, I'm serious, there's something wrong and it's probably nothing to do with the oven. I will try again in the future thanks.“
