Will not be going to the Langley location again. My husband walked into the store and did not find the olive bread he liked, finally settling on two loaves. The person tried to cut the bread with the slicing machine, which sounded like it was falling apart and struggling to cut the bread. The lady cut her hand, put on a glove, and tried again. She called in someone from the warehouse, but that person also struggled to cut the bread. My husband was done after the lady cut her hand. Maintenance and stocking popular items would work well.

I love the organic sourdough from Bread Affair. They have a limited daily supply so get there early or call and pick up your bread. Lovely helpful staff.

The best bread in Langley. You can order in advance and pick up to avoid having to arrive super early before they sell out for the day. I wish they had a wider selection of non sour dough type breads.

Come here if you want soft crust, from your loaf sitting in a plastic bag over night.Blown away at how they sell their bread. When you are spending this kind of money for a loaf of bread, you expect it to be GOOD. Not soft and no crunch on the crust.Utterly disappointing. I came home and just put the loaf in the freezer. It’s not even worth trying fresh, because the crust had zero crisp. It felt like day old bread to be honest.Even cobs is better. They don’t keep the loafs in bags, the crust is nice and crunchy and fresh.Probably why it was a ghost town when I went there.Reminder, never go here again.I haven’t even tried the bread yet, like I said, it went straight in the freezer when I got home. When I run out of the good bread I have, I’ll give it a shot, if I’m too lazy to go get a fresh loaf. Until then, It will stay in the freezer.Update: I tried the bread a week later, and it’s not good. I will turn it into bread crumbs.Sweet Thea is around the corner, I recommend them, they don’t keep the bread in bags over night. It’s all fresh with crunchy crust.

Last year, they called me for the orientation and training to this location after calling me to get trained for the job and it was a snow and rainy day. Later, after training me about half hour they told me we do not have position and we will call you soon. So now they were hiring and i didn’t receive any call or something. i just want to say why you guys do not have respect for the other’s time!! You could have told me before wasting my time. Training is always after a person get hired not before the position. I hope this will make you understand. Thanks.

I have been a customer for a while now and I am in love. I typically don't respond well to bread, but this bread doesn't cause a reaction in me, I think cause its made with organic clean ingredients! Its SOOOO good! I highly recommend!

A Bread Affair has good bread, it sure does, however, behind the scenes they (specifically the owner, Tanya) treats her employees like trash. Not only does she make everyone walk on eggshells on a daily basis, she fired all the cleaners, including one that has been there for 5 years and made her train her replacement (a new cleaning company). There's just so much more, such as, if you're in the newly renovated beautiful Langley location, I'd avoid the espresso machine as it was once a mouse house merely a month ago. ? Get a new machine.
