The gluten & dairy free cupcakes are so delicious you wouldn’t know they were gf/df, and the bakery can quickly prepare last-minute orders. The gf alternative flour performs just like regular flour, raises properly, and creates a tender crumb. The entire facility is clean and neat, with employees on top of food safety and always putting customers' needs first. Highly recommended!
