Murrayville A&W is the best. The best service the best food. Went to a different A&W for breakfast and their bread was terrible. Yvonne is the best such a hard-working person who really puts her heart into giving great service
The only other thing I would say is the point system really doesn’t work well at all, The point system is frustrating for the staff and for the customer. And the staff doesn’t always have time to clean the tables as they get so busy so it can get a little dirty in here sometimes, but they do their best

The point system needs to be worked on and handled much better. Very difficult to use to claim food at the counter.
Also limited to the amount of food you could get. Everything on the menu should have a point system to redeem.

I ordered 3 coffees and 2 apple pies everything was hot and fresh. Great service from Palak! She was very polite and friendly.

Never have coffee ready in the early morning. They take my order and don’t mention being out of coffee until I get to the window, then it’s ’ready in 5 minutes’. Sorry, but how hard is it to have coffee ready on a night/morning shift when it’s not busy? I understand wanting to reduce waste but it’s coffee, something with an already insanely high margin. It should be ready at all times. People going through a drive thru don’t want to wait for an item like this, especially if they’re already on a tight timeline - the entire reason for using the drive thru in the first place.

I’ve been here a few times when in Langley, and they’ve always been good about fixing mistakes, but this is pretty basic and it’s becoming a pattern.
