When ordering at the counter, the staff seem to just throw the items together, rather then proper placement within the Dish (example getting hardshell Tacos and the Sour Cream is on the outside of the Taco not inside it). Dissappointing Quesadilla can only be ordered exclusively online.

I usually come here during lunch and it’s always great. I’ve been twice at night and it is awful. The serving is terrible, they barely put any meat, rice, and beans on your food and load it with lettuce to make it look full. I ordered tacos, and ONE piece of chicken was on one of the tacos. Asked to even it out a fill them up properly and the employee charged me double. Chipotle will always be the best food, but the service has been terrible.

The food here has gone extremely down hill lately. My wife and I stopped in to grab 2 bowls and had to wait over 30+ minutes. 1 person making food, 1 in the back cleaning, 1 on mobile orders and 1 running around trying to make herself look busy doing nothing except ringing people through. The tables were all dirty, garbage over flowing, counters looked like they haven’t been wiped down in several hours. Asked for white rice but was told there was none, had to get brown rice which was way undercooked. The friendliness of the staff was nonexistent as well, most of them looked like they didn’t want to be there.I’ve also been ordering chipotle through DoorDash lately and the bowls have been extremely subpar.
Bad management, it’s 7:30 and there is only one girl at counter and the line up is upto the door. Three people on break and two busy on online order prep. Someone comes when he/she hungry and if someone has to wait for 30 min in line then better to go drive through I started of standing……… never coming back to this location in

Only reason it’s getting 2 stars and not 1 is because store design is cool. Was very messy, poorly managed, with rude poorly trained/hired staff. Food bland. No staff attention to detail, care, or service. Didn’t look like any of the staff wanted to be there so why would I?
