I ended up having to stay at work late but had already placed a mobile order. Rajdeep was more than understanding and offered to re make my order completely free of charge. Best tasting chipotle I have ever been to as well. Thanks again Rajdeep!
Only reason it’s getting 2 stars and not 1 is because store design is cool. Was very messy, poorly managed, with rude poorly trained/hired staff. Food bland. No staff attention to detail, care, or service. Didn’t look like any of the staff wanted to be there so why would I?

Good Food but Service needs definite improvement. When ordering at the counter, the staff seem to just throw the items together, rather then proper placement within the Dish (example getting hardshell Tacos and the Sour Cream is on the outside of the Taco not inside it). Dissappointing Quesadilla can only be ordered exclusively online.
