Our waitress, Lily, brought barely warm coffee I told her coffee cold she said she just made it a minute later she grabbed my cup dumped the coffee and filled piping hot coffee. I was still eating and she wanted to take my plate not going there anymore ?

Combining two visits into one review. The first dinner was very good: delicious brisket skillet and a fine salmon dinner. Service was good. So we came back but second time we returned the food was poorly cooked. The salmon was very dry and the brisket sandwich was bland and tough. Also the waiter put the menus upside down in front of us. A picky observation perhaps but it conveys attention to respect.

We recently were traveling in the states and came back to Canada..we had numerous people serving us over the past ten days and we were so impressed with SUMAN…she was so friendly and cheerful, she filled our coffee 4 times without asking, picked up our dishes as soon as we were done and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were happy…GIVE THIS GIRL A HUGE RAISE…she deserves it…and as a happy customer , we made a note of your restaurant and plan to stop here every time we visit Vancouver…CHEERS!! ☺️???

It's Denny's. It's a diner. You're not going to get gourmet here. But it is pretty reliable and consistent.If you do want something a little better, White Spot, Old Spaghetti Factory, and Boston Pizza are only a couple of blocks away. But Denny's is convenient, open 24 hours, and popular.

Denny's is one of our favorite restaurants so we were excited at the thought of having lunch at this location last week when we were in the area. We were so disappointed with our experience at this Langley location! My husband ordered medium rare steak with eggs and had to send the steak back twice - the first steak was literally raw, the second steak was overcooked on the outside but still raw in the middle (and it was obvious from where he had cut into it that they had put the original steak back on the grill and returned it to us) and the third steak was a new steak but they had cut a quarter of it off (possibly to make up for the bites and chunk he cut off of the first steak before discovering it was raw?) and it was completely overcooked. The waitress was lovely and completely agreed the cooks on the steak were unacceptable. I ordered a grand slam with soft/medium soft boiled eggs and hashbrowns. It came with barely any hashbrowns and the eggs were so raw the egg was literally transparent. I sent it back and it took a good 10 minutes to get new eggs and they were now hard as rubber. I didn't eat them or send them back but did make the server aware and chose not to have them replaced again because by this point we were finished everything else and tbh felt bad for her. Just really disappointed with our experience and don't think we'll return back to this location.
