The pizza dough is light but not beyond thin, quite tasty, the milkshakes are to be split there's plenty of goodies in it!

First time at Firecrust. Sara and Tyler were super friendly and welcoming. Had a build your own pizza and it was awesome. Brining home a Margarita pie as well. Tyler took the time to show me all about the fire grill. Definitely be back again.

Tried Firecrust pizza for the first time ever today and it definitely didnt disappoint. When my friend and I first walked in for lunch we were greeted by the most happy and friendly employee that made our experience that much better. (Sorry I should've got his name, but he did tell us it was his birthday today) my friend was buying me my bday lunch as well, and he heard so asked if it was mine as well. Anyways l, the food was so fresh, the salad was delicious. I got the BBQ chicken pizza and caprese salad! 😋. While we were eating he brought over a special birthday treat he made and wished me a great day. He went above and beyond for everything. Just a really fantastic experience. I'd give a 10/10 if I could. Will definitely be going back.

It was a great experience all around, and the employees,working at the time I went, were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and I'll definitely be going back. Should open up more locations in my opinion lol.

The staff has no sense how to deal with customers

The staff here are clearly doing their best and working very hard, but the restaurant is consistently dirty and the quality suffers due to being severely understaffed. It’s unfair to the employees and disappointing to customers. The ownership should be ashamed for allowing their restaurant to run this way and for putting such a burden on their staff. We’re definitely not coming back to this location.

Went here recently. Food was great, and the staff was friendly—especially CJ. He made my visit a good experience, and all the other staff were friendly too. Will definitely be coming back soon!
