Just picked up from Jim’s worst experience we quoted 35 minutes they couldn’t find my pizza then they finally got it together after an hour! Where was the manager where was the adults soo disappointing and there was beyond angry auto were leaving tonight major let down! Horrible customer service what happened to Jim’s tonight!!!

Anyone who doesn’t like Jim’s shouldbe sent up to Riverview to reevaluate their life …Maybe think about getting on some head-meds…Yah it cost more than your average but it’s theBest place around by a mileOnly bad thing is you’ll want to eat as much as your stomach can take til you feel sick …Same problem my labrador has ….Their pepperoni comes fully loaded (gotta love that weird little pizza ball in the middle) and theirthe only place around that puts on a proper amount of sauce (they go hard) - if you’re a pizza-fiend this is the place for you

I ordered my usual pizza with light sauce. I picked it up. It was covered in tomato sauce. My husband said it was like eating spaghetti. I phoned and talked to the manager. My husband was hungry and ate 2 slices before I tried some. She said she would replace it if there was 7 out of 8 pieces left. Or give me half off next time. I was not impressed. Don't know if we will or from Jim's again. Being a loyal customer for many years doesn't matter apparently. Was like ordering extra sauce.
Have ordered from Jim’s many time, but today I noticed a new $4 delivery charge. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Their Tuscany Pizza is just to die for. Add a little grilled chicken & chopped up jalapeños to it, makes it the ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA I’ve ever had.These guys almost feel like a Langley hidden gem ? to us! We have been getting this Pizza for atleast 2 years and it tastes the same to this day.So kudos to consistently maintaining quality guys! Keep it up!! ❤️And if you still reading this review then get their Meat Lasagna, ask them to add a little chili flakes to the sauce. And thank me later.
