Listen to customer ordering at board. Not only did it take 15 min (possibly longer) to get from board to window, they missed half of our order. We had to add the rest AT the window and even then it was wrong. I haven't been to this location for years because of poor service and improperly cooked food, but we gave it another chance... no change 🥺
Undercooked half frozen chicken, horrible service with people who can barely understand English. I wasn’t the only one that night to complain either, multiple guests complained tonight; I’m currently writing this review in their parking lot. Poutine was cold, they forgot popcorn chicken in our order. I paid $30 for two meals and was disappointed every step of the way.
