Was our first time coming here while visiting family in the area. The service was unbelievably slow. We ordered their nachos and the corn pizza. After 30+ minutes of waiting we finally got the nachos. They said it would be another 10min for the pizza but we waited another half hour. Would have been nice if they told us ahead of time it would take an hour to eat since we had kids with us.

Pumpkin and apple waffles were a hit!

Oh, what a reply to a last review left by a customer who just asked for a cup of water!

If you have 1000s of customers - i think you should be happy about that, and I’m sure that a cup of water to some wouldn’t hurt your profits.

On the other side, I understand that you will be trying to make as much profit as possible by selling them water bottles, and that might be the real reason of not providing a cup of water, and not that you’ll need to “hire staff to wash a cup”.

But be sure to go with waterproof shoes or boots ..
Waffles is really delicious but quite expensive

Loved their pumpkin patch! Nice and small with really nice pumpkins and as an added bonus - grilled cheeses and wine to finish!

I will say that service is quite slow, but worth the wait.

Very nice and well kept farm, nice atmosphere however the waffle and fresh berry pie are insanely sweet, their fresh fruit syrup makes them almost inedible, if they removed that factor it would be great. Once you scrape off the syrup it's doable.

Just bought the Krause Berry Farm Cookbook and love the charming intro along with the family recipes! I love coming here to pick my own berries, grab a treat from the bakery and purchase either fresh or frozen pies. The homemade ice cream along with the apple crumble is my favourite comfort food. The gift shop has seasonal items for that special someone. The outdoor kitchen and homemade wines make this place a truly unique experience for the whole family!

Pumpkin waffles were so yum! Waited in line for 20 mins with 2 small kids but it was worth it. Washrooms are clean and next to a very small sand play area. I think its prefect for kids under 5.

I will be back for the waffles!

Is it worth it to pay $23 for a pie? No its not lol.

Too much hype around these pies. If you do buy, don't buy the ones where u bake them at home.

Super fun and really fair prices. Definitely worth making the trip.

Went for waffles. Waited 20 mins to pay then waited another 35 mins to find out it would be yet another 35 mins (I had to ask). The tables were not full so it didn’t look like it would take forever. Eventually we left without eating. Very inefficient, young staff seemed annoyed with guests. No warning or sign to indicate over an hour for waffles. Used to be great there!

No pets allowed!! I called twice to confirm no one answered! Very disappointed.
