Very tasty bread! My mom recently came to Canada, and she keeps complaining about the quality and taste of food here, but she absolutely loves the bread from this place. We also bought biscuits, which were simple and great as well.
First off, I have eaten at almost every bakery in the lower mainland. This is hands on one of the best focaccia I have ever had. The garlic focaccia absolutely life changing. My wife and I had to go back a few hours later to buy another loaf to take home. The owner was super friendly and took his time to explain the process of how he bakes his goods. Soft, authentic focaccia where you can smell the quality upon walking in. I tried the rosemary foccacia for a lunch treat with a chinotto. I’ve spent a lot of time in Italy and this is the real deal. I only suggest slightly more olive oil on the bottom of the bread and some flaked sea salt on top just like that in Liguria ? Will be back to try other breads and the cannoli.
