The staff is always amazing, when staff makes a point of remembering your name you know the people care! Great location for our family! The ONLY problem is their landlord is the Super Save group ,the Same people who helped with the culling of The ostriches. A Canadian disgrace, Super Save Group should reconsider how they make their money ,what a shame !

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the second time it has happened to me. As you can see in the photo, I couldn’t leave without writing a review. How can such a big company like McDonald’s deliver food like this? Sorry, but this is unacceptable.

Slowest service for fast food place. Only person in restaurant and took 20mins for a burger fires and a cone

Good food okay service
This location in particular isn’t great at following order customizations even though we pay extra for said customizations. There have been multiple instances where I haven’t been given the extra piece of cheese I’ve paid for on my cheeseburgers or the extra toppings I’ve ordered in my McFlurry. And it doesn’t matter what time I’ve gone during the day it still happens on a regular basis.
Watch the kids blast rap music in the kitchen and grabbed my burger patties with his fingers no supervisor
Love the staff, specially Jashan, She is always sweet to her customers and works really hard.

I bought two apple pies for my daughter at this McDonald's today. When my daughter opened the box, what a surprise, burnt apple pies, my daughter was disappointed and I was also very angry!
