Slowest service for fast food place. Only person in restaurant and took 20mins for a burger fires and a cone

This location in particular isn’t great at following order customizations even though we pay extra for said customizations. There have been multiple instances where I haven’t been given the extra piece of cheese I’ve paid for on my cheeseburgers or the extra toppings I’ve ordered in my McFlurry. And it doesn’t matter what time I’ve gone during the day it still happens on a regular basis.

I bought two apple pies for my daughter at this McDonald's today. When my daughter opened the box, what a surprise, burnt apple pies, my daughter was disappointed and I was also very angry!

I went to get my toddler breakfast and a man while I was waiting to order went infront and ordered first and the employees allowed it.
on a side note I should have knew how bad the management was before I stood in line to order the washroom had pee everywhere all over the floor.
