I bought two apple pies for my daughter at this McDonald's today. When my daughter opened the box, what a surprise, burnt apple pies, my daughter was disappointed and I was also very angry!

I went to get my toddler breakfast and a man while I was waiting to order went infront and ordered first and the employees allowed it.
on a side note I should have knew how bad the management was before I stood in line to order the washroom had pee everywhere all over the floor.

Food is the usual cheap quality bread, etc for the price you pay. The conglomerate company has to make big bucks. That's normal. Fast food, fast ready made service. Seating capacity is not crowded. The cleanliness of the place is decent. Overall, it's ok. Food quality can be a little better though. BUT, you know

Staff are quite rude and fed up, which is understandable for such a busy location, but the joint is in shambles. Everything is wet and run down. No drive thru, bad vibe from the people there, just all around a shady environment. If you somehow want McDonald’s, go to ANY other location. Avoid this small stingy location when there’s far better nearby. Not to mention the fries being colder than ice!

Not the greatest McDonald's but not the worst. No drive through, however the walk in service has been pretty quick as of late.

What can I say. It’s a McDonald’s. A bit unusual as it never had a drive through, and the ordering kiosk was out of paper so had to guess which order ours was, but otherwise.. food was what you would expect from a McDonald’s.

Service was terrible sept11 2024 evening! Higher employee hiring standards needed.
Two incompetent stoned college student aged males running the entire place. Took forever I had to speak up about my coffee when he went to take the next person's order and I hadn't gotten mine. He gave it to me and it was boiled burned crazy hot awful tasting. Left it on table and walked away

Absolutely disgusting.The manager lady there was working the till and would make the food and not wash her hands absolutely disgusting.
It sets the tone for the entire hygiene of all their staff. Today is Saturday the 14th of Sept.... it shouldn't be hard to figure out w🤢
