We were at Langley Nandos yesterday for family Thanksgiving. We were very happy with the food and the service. We are now enjoying the leftovers from yesterday.

First visit there. Not impressed with my meal.

Ordered from Nando's for dinner and the food was so bad ended up having to throw some of it out. My dog wouldn't even eat the fries as they were so stale tasted like they had just been reheated and had to be days old. The chicken on the sandwich was so tough almost couldn't chew it. The only thing that was truly edible from our order was the skewers my partner got. Will not be going back. Definitely not worth the prices they are charging.

Their is no option for zero star, that's why I give them one star. I ordered delivery pick up peri peri chicken is uncook you can see the blood in the bones, and they also for get to put my fries in my order. I will not recommend this restaurant.

Had dome good double leg meal here. I had a dog with me and I came late. Patio was already closed, but the manager let me sit out there to have my late dinner and be able to watch my dog from the pation as she was in the car in the parking lot. Even gave me a bowl of water for her to drink. Great customer service. Highly recommend them

Dirty, poor service, dry chicken, and an overall poor experience. Staff seem to always be on break eating disgusting smelling food from outside of the restaurant. All staff have a very poor command of the English language in addition, but perhaps this is what Nandos wants; not a single Canadian employee, just exclusively low pay workers from Punjab.

Do yourself a favor and don't support this garbage hole. Quality has dropped so badly in recent years. This garbage hole deserves to go out of business.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Nando's location was disappointing. The service was extremely slow—it took an unusually long time to receive even a single order. The food didn't have the same taste and quality that I've come to expect from other Nando's locations, which was a letdown.

To make matters worse, it took 25 minutes just to be served water, and throughout our meal, no one came by to check on us or ask if we needed anything. The restaurant wasn't even busy, yet the service was so poor that the people sitting next to us decided to leave before finishing their meal.

Overall, this location is not recommended. There are better Nando's locations that deliver the quality and service you expect.

There was a whole fly in my lettuce and I didn’t find it until the last few bites.

So I ordered a chicken wrap. $15 dollars. Literally a wrap with a couple TINY pieces of chicken, a slice of lettuce, some sauce. Its all just the wrap and nothing inside.

Food wasn’t bad, service was good but a little on the slow side. There was barely any seating cause they hadn’t cleared off any tables. The sauce n spice made me feel sick and have heartburn which I never get. Overall, I know they’re trying their best, Probabaly wouldn’t come again though.
