I visited this location for dine in first time. The service was very poor. The people who came after me were served before and my food kept lying at their counter and more over the chicken was burnt from some places. Over all the experience was not very pleasant.

This is the Nando's we normally go to when we want to eat at one (vs takeaway) as its location is perfect for us to do other errands and shopping nearby.We've never had an issue with our food and it's consistently delicious. I found this location to be more consistent than the one near Metrotown, which had kept us coming back regularly.The staff are always friendly and the last two times we've been, they've told us how we could get the same amount of food for less, which I'm very appreciative for given how expensive food has become.The only complaint we have is that some of the booths are very tight, so sitting at some of them aren't very comfortable.Overall: 4.5/5

Love their garlic mashed potatoes, and chicken thighs!! Don’t know why they have hiked the price up by so much though. It was my favourite and was affordable and hence go to. Now it is just favourite not my all time go to!

Although we like the chicken and you can grab a beer with your food, the overall atmosphere has been lacking with dirty tables, and slower service. Will probably get take-out next time or try to go when it's not as busy. Wings were quite tasty.

After we placed the order we were told it’s a 25 minutes wait. A little transparency before hand would have been appreciated as that is def a long wait for Nandos. Our food showed up exactly 44 minutes later. I was timing it til 45 minutes as at that point I was going to ask for a refund or leave.The food tasted good, however you could tell the rice and skewers we made before the chicken and fries as they were cold, however we made the best of it. Staff was stressed as it was obvious but still professional and friendly. However I believe if they would be upfront about the wait times before taking payment it would result in less frustration on the customers part as I could see and hear 2 other families with little ones complaining about the wait. If we would have known the wait is that long we would have simply ordered pizza for the night and dined there another day. The food besides the temperature was very good.
This place has gone complete downhill! Won’t be back to this location, food was over cooked and dry, they messed up both orders. And all the staff just standing around not caring. Worst experience!
