Was pleasantly surprised with this place. I always see the ad in american TV but first time dining here. Food was very appetizing! Its not an authentic Italian (even though it claims to be) but if you're here to enjoy the food its worth the trip. I had the shrimp alfredo and calamari and it was yummy! The place is very busy and crowded so dont expect a romantic italian style dining. Its more of a Boston Pizza - food fest with chatty people and loud kids.

Was very loud very crowded in the section, made it very hard to hear, had to ask my guest to repeat, she had to do the same, had to pick the moments when we talked strategically.
There was so much waiter activity between the other tables and ours it was like standing on the flight path to the kitchen.
Could not have the intimate family discussion intended due to the EARS and NOISE in the place.
There was No wait time when we arrived though and no line up outside which was nice because when we left there was ppl all over the place waiting to be at a table.

The food at Olive Garden is amazing, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. The staff were neither accommodating nor polite, which really affected the overall experience. The quality of the food was great, but the team definitely needs to be more respectful and attentive to guests. We have been regular customers at Olive Garden, but our recent experience was quite disappointing. The manager was not very welcoming, and during our visit there was a long lineup where many guests felt the same way. In fact, a few customers even encouraged me to share this feedback on the website. the customer service—especially from management—needs significant improvement in terms of respect and hospitality.

Our family has been a regular at Olive Garden and it has always been a favorite spot for our kids. Unfortunately, our recent experience was unacceptable and has made us reconsider returning.

We called ahead for a party of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) and were instructed to join the waitlist. When we arrived, the manager, Denise, informed us that the restaurant does not accommodate parties of 8, and the only option would be two separate tables after a 40–45 minute wait, placed in different sections. This was the complete opposite of what we were told on the phone.

What was most concerning was the manager’s demeanor. Denise did not demonstrate any willingness to help, problem-solve, or offer alternatives. She approached the situation with a dismissive, defensive attitude rather than professionalism and hospitality. A manager’s role is to resolve situations, not escalate them, and in this case, she failed to uphold the standards of service we expect from Olive Garden.

If Olive Garden does not have the resources to seat larger groups, that should be made clear at the time of the call. Instead, we were misled, left waiting, and ultimately made to feel unwelcome in a restaurant we have supported regularly.

This is not the level of service or respect a family-oriented restaurant should provide, and it reflects very poorly on the management at this location.

Great experience at Olive Garden! The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. Loved the breadsticks and salad—definitely a place I’d come back to!

Just a solid place to get some food with unlimited breadsticks hard to go wrong. Lunch and dinner can be busy so I would make a reservation

I had the opportunity to visit Langley Olive Garden for the second time and frankly speaking, it took slightly over 5 minutes for me to be given my seat, which was quite refreshing considering their usual wait times.

In addition to the great food, our visit was made exceptional by our waitress, Chriscilla. She was polite and offered great assistance to my friends and me as we studied the menu. Her smile and attitude also made her great because she served us very promptly. She made a lot of stops at our table to make sure we were okay and that our needs were satisfied.

I had one of the best meals of my life, the gluten-free creamy mushroom rigatoni. As long as she wasn’t overloaded with requests she was more than happy to get more breadsticks.

The side salad was another highlight of the meal. I was trying it for the first time and the combination of the freshly cut lettuce with the dressing was great, and the tasty bites were numerous. Chriscilla gladly refilled it as many times we asked.

Generally, I could expand on the good sides of this particular Olive Garden outlet, however, I suggest that you go and see it for yourself. Should you be visiting during the peak hours, you should consider utilizing their online waiting list feature as it can be helpful—you can also view approximated wait durations from the information available on their site.

To me, Langley Olive Garden ranks in the top most position in terms of service efficiency, food taste and the overall feeling of the restaurant experience. I am sure that I will revisit it!

Vegetarian options: Limited spread compared to meat options nonetheless options available are decent.

Dietary restrictions: Restaurant tries their best to address dietary restrictions

Parking: It’s part of Langley shopping outlets and the location has 100s of spots where you can park. It depends on the time when you come on how easy it is to find a spot.

Pros:
The service is great.
The personnel is very kind.
Atmosphere is nice.
Bottomless soup and salad is very satisfying.

Cons:
- The amount of pasta you get is almost half of what's shown on their online menu. I got "dinner size" plate, but it was as small as their half-priced "lunch size". See the photo attached vs their online menu, and look for Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. I had to drink 6 bowls of soup to be full. You will also notice the steak is not cut into pieces before it's served, although that's how it's shown on the menu. In addition, the steak was not tender and difficult to cut.
- Depending on the location of your table, it might be uncomfortable to get to your chair, especially if you are in a bigger group or you have elderly people in your party. Although there are tons of empty space in the restaurant, some tables are placed too close to each other.
