Seems like they are understaffed and have poor management who are just doing the bare minimum and canāt even keep pizza dough in stock as a PIZZA PLACE ! Huge failure. Will never come here again.

Very friendly staff and manager! My daughter recently had a chance to play with ārealā dough with her friends and asked me to find her some ārealā dough instead of play dough. Since Panago was in the neighbourhood, I decided to stop by and see if they could help. The staff were incredibly kind and generousāthey happily gave us some dough at no charge. Such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you!

Could not find my houseā¦ Iāve had food delivered to me many times so I do not understand how the driver couldnāt find my house but I did not get my pizza

I ordered 4 items: medium Mediterranean pizza, garlic dip, ranch dip, honey garlic wings and got a medium plant based pizza, plain wings no sauce, jalepeno dip, and garlic dipā¦.enough said they need to listen better and be more careful when prepping orders.
Update: also donāt be fooled by the big corporate reply pretending to want to make things right to better their review. I did send an email to what you said (copied and pasted it directly out of your reply and double checked that it was exactly the same as what you typed) got a bounce back saying it is not a valid email. This is a huge corporation that has zero interest in improving customer care that is pretending they will make things right, but have no actual follow through. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Generally happy with the pizza we get here, though sometimes it's feeling a bit light on the toppings, like our Philly Steak pizza today.The Bella Truffle pizza, on the other hand, came with the bonus of a black hair baked in ?Please wear hair nets! I don't know why this doesn't seem to be a thing anymore.
Mediterranean pizza and meatless pepperoni pizza was so delicious , ordered for my co workers & everyone enjoyed it , the crust was perfect and the pizza itself with the yummy toppings ; we loved it , will be ordering it again and thank you for the person who took my order , she was very nice and patience ??

We ordered two pizzaās. it took forever for them to make it and then we got them they were cold and they skimped on the toppings and extra cheese we asked for. Listen to the other reviews and find a different franchise.
