My little girl got a strawberry lemonade and unfortunately dropped it on the way. We went back to pay for another one but the lady at the counter was kind enough to get us the drink at no charge.
Coffee from Starbucks is like drinking the sludge from a bucket of burnt food. Not sure why the coffee has been getting worse over time. Maybe a cost saving measure or something. I have set the bar low when I go to Starbucks for coffee as it is sure to be a disappointment. Maybe the staff require further training on how to make coffee or maybe it's just bad beans. Regardless, don't expect high quality coffee because you will be disappointed.

Still do not have sugar or cream out to put in your own coffee only one washroom available the other is still staff only. We are no longer using Covid protocols. Open the other washroom and put sugar, stir sticks and cream out to put in our own coffee.
So stupid, stop using the Covid excuse to deliver less.
