Starbucks offers a positive and engaging customer experience, with friendly and helpful baristas who efficiently fulfill orders, including last-minute requests. The restaurant is described as clean, and customers particularly enjoy the "worm chi tea." This Brookwood location has been redone, and the updated aesthetic is a welcome change. Grande Pike's and cakepops abound. The drinks are pretty quick, regardless of how busy it is, and it’s a nice environment to relax in with nice chairs outside. This Starbucks is a great place that customers visit regularly, with very friendly staff and excellent service. They are good considering it’s a Starbucks, and they keep wallets safe. Parking can be a downside, as it shares with a liquor store and insurance office and can be populated and difficult to navigate.
