Had to drop our 5 star review.Went for a late lunch snack and drink last weekend .Granted the baking had probably been out since opening so that can almost be excused for being past it's best but the drinks station had stone cold (Hot) water, tepid coffee and obviously wasn't monitored as the carafes are supposed to keep hot for hrs.Staff were attentive and pleasant enough to the customers though.
The staff is friendly. It is a busy location and they do their best. I guess I am disappointed in some old standards that have lost their quality. We used to love the donuts, but the last few times I bought them, they were dry and stingy with the glaze. The gingerbread men used to come either chocolate dipped or some not. This was my second time buying a deli sandwich…. The first time was about a year ago. Thought I’d try again. The turkey wasn’t sliced it was all in small bits on both sides of the bread, so every time I bit into it there was meat everywhere. Not very happy that there was a big bulge of lettuce in the middle of the sandwich. How do you eat that??? The staff were nice but need to learn how to make a sandwich properly.
