Really great: miso, tempura, sunomono, tea.
Poor: salmon nigiri, Cali roll, real crab Cali roll. Rice was undercooked, poor texture and flavour, poor presentation.

this has become our favourite sushi place in Fort Langley. Staff are so sweet. I grabbed a quick takeout roll for lunch today and was given a free green tea while I waited!

Update: maybe new owners ? Service was lacking, sushi rolls rice had no flavour and had very little fish, udon was ok just lacked any chicken, seems like they have a new owner or something happen use to be such a good spot.

Great Sushi, clean and bright restaurant. Nice to see some more sushi options open on a Sunday in Fort Langley.

Rolls full of rice, and the tiniest sliver of fish on the top - apparently enough to charge 15$ for the roll. Rice not seasoned, black and flavourless, in the tuna roll fish was warm, chicken udon has a nice flavour to the sauce, but barely any chicken. It used to be a good spot, I don’t know what happened to it

This was the first time I went to sushi hinder in a long time, but I forgot how good it is! Menu is vast! We had edamame, sushi mango roll and some udon soups, which were all fantastic, fresh and delicious! Prices were quite reasonable. It’s a small location, but finding a seat was no problem on a Saturday night!

One of the best Japanese food I have eaten in my life. The portion sizes and are huge, and the food is tasty too! The stars of the shows are the lunch plates, as they had a soup , squid balls, rice and chicken or beef. And only for 18 dollars? Best deal ever. Would come here every time when coming to Fort Langley.

The beef yaki udon has got to be the best I’ve ever had. Literally drank the left over sauce in my bowl. The beef is very thinly shaved, tender and seems like a lot of beef comparatively. I will be back here for sure. Good service and atmosphere too. Very clean.

Had the Don Deluxe, super unhappy with it overall. Miso soup and other accompaniments also horrible…
