Spectacular sushi! We ordered the House Roll, the Dinosaur Special Roll, and some salmon nigiri. The fish was fresh, and each roll was packed with filling. The filling-to-rice ratio of the House Roll in particular was just mind-blowing! Only a thin layer of rice wrapped around much deliciousness. The picture here with the teaspoon is for reference - it's hard to tell from the photo but the roll is about the size of my palm, and the white portions inside the roll was all imitation...read full review
My new "go-to" in New West, quality of ingredients is very good, and pricing is fair...one star off as the sashimi and rolls weren't cut consistently and a little sloppy to eat.
