we ordered 4 wraps, 1 wrap was very pourly wrapped, sauce all over the outside of wrap. another wrap had a peace of plastic on it, other wrap was ripped. the girl taking our order was super rude and very pushy. we weren’t even close to ordering and she kept telling us to drive up. french vanilla coffee that we got was dam near water.

Tim Hortons breakfast meals are always my number one choice—they’re delicious! This was my first time visiting this branch, and I can say the service was good. The only downside is the parking lot; it doesn’t have enough spaces, and we had to look around for almost ten minutes before finding a spot

Donuts are getting smaller and no napkins on tables. This place is very nice and very clean
I went through the drivethru and asked for an iced coffee with extra cream. What did I receive? An iced coffee with NO CREAM! It taste like milk. Not only that it has no sweetener in it at all. I am so incredibly disappointed this has ruined my day!

I usually only order if the offers I get are nice. I decided I wanted a loaded wrap for a quick bite. And when I ordered at the drive-thru, they told me they don’t got any types of wraps….. like literally they had no wraps at all. What’s the point in giving me only wrap offers in the app if you don’t make any type of wrap???? Doesn’t make sense.

Went through the drive thru and saw a hash brown being thrown across the counter and put right in to my bag. When I confronted them and said I would like another they told me I would have to buy another one. August 8 2025 10am
