Found egg shells in my breakfast sandwich last week and today I found piece of white plastic in my bagel. Thank God I looked inside before I ate. Staff seem to hate working here and quality shows

What happened to the farmers wrap? It use to come in its own box and was about 7in long.. this morning I got one at it was TINY!
Is it because Americans bought the franchise? If so.. they ruined a great Canadian company.

Well what a horrible experience.
The women working here are literally beyond rude!!!!. I regret Spending my hard earned money on a treat night out. To not only get rude on rude service but to get our doughnuts tossed into bags and all the chocolate sticks to the top.
I ask what doughnuts are available.
She literally groans to tell me. Then says it so fast she knows I wont understand.
I ask her of she hates her job so much why is she here? . Then not only are all my drinks mixed up. They forget half my order. Then they get more rude wen I ask about the stuff im missing.
Literally such horrid behavior from staff at a coffee place.
I Won't be going back.

This is a terrible location. They're more concerned with cranking customers through the cog than providing proper service and getting orders right. I go without if they are my only option.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. I received the wrong coffee, and the bagel was completely burnt on both sides. It didn’t even look edible. For the price we pay, the quality should be much better. This isn’t the first time the order has been off, and it’s really frustrating. Hoping the store improves its preparation and double-checks orders moving forward.

I called in advance to place in order, again when I get to the store all they say is sorry they don’t make my order, then the supervisor male have an attitude and it was very rude asking me ironic if I want the order or not. very upset about this place

Rude staff that can never get an order right. They never have what’s on the menu available. Sat for 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting to order only to learn it would be a 15 MINUTE wait for the food.

Pre ordered on the app for “now”. Showed up 20 minutes later as I was order two “take 12” coffees and timbits and when I asked if my order was ready I was told they would “start my order now”.
I waited 20 more minutes as they catered to the drive thru orders. When I got my order and asked to have cream and sugar on the side and was told “that costs extra”. The supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I placed a mobile order for a veggie wrap, but instead, I was given a chicken wrap. As a vegetarian, this was extremely disappointing and made me sick after taking a bite. Mistakes happen, but what made it worse is that when I tried to call the store, no one answered. I expected better attention to detail and customer care from Tim Hortons. Really hope the staff double-check orders more carefully in the future.
