The workers are extremely rude. I can’t even get 1 word out while ordering before they ask “what else can I get you”. In the drive through they are so pushy and don’t even let us finish ordering before they say ‘next window’ or stop talking and when we say “23 aren’t done ordering” they said “o I thought you were”. When I order, it’s always messed up and when I talk to them they want me to pay for a new item and get mad at me for their wrong doing. They give a lot of attitude when I mention that I don’t appreciate how rude and pushy they are to customers.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.

If you want a smile and a perfectly stirred coffee, THIS is the location for you. I live closer to 3 other Timmies and I still chose this one without fail. The atmosphere and efficiency of the employees, Amrit and Komal especially, are what make this spot the gold standard in the Lower Mainland. Bravo, friends!

The drive through customer service experience started off horrible. I don't know what happened to the first staff member, then the second one got on the speaker and kept repeating, "I do not get." The staff member at the window said they don't have skim milk, but that they have oat and almond milk. It turned out they have 2% milk, but she didn't bother to offer that
The service at this Tim Hortons was quick, but the food was disappointing . Honestly, I didn't have high hopes to begin with - it's Tim's, after all! Still, it was just an average experience.
