Im not sure what happened. But something is different, from our last few visits. Its not the same as before. Dont know if it has something to do with the staffs or the recipe? Im just concern since it's one of our favorite burger joint.

Went to triple os tonight as a party of 10. The food came out super fast and was excellent. Gurman at the front counter was extremely friendly and great to the kids.
Triple os is always good but this was the best visit.

came here on october 6th around noon, ordered 2 chicken strips and upon receiving them they looked drastically different my partner went into the restaurant to ask if they had accidentally given us fish when she was responded to in a rude manner by the manager on duty even laughing at her along with the other employees telling her it’s chicken it’s just a different batch asking her if she’d “like to see the fish” for comparison. not good costumer service at all and will likely not come back to this location because of this experience.
I thought the young staff member was going to fall over due to the eye roll i got after I mentioned the ketchup was empty...

Once you start charging for bags, you become a 1 star establishment. There is no reason to charge the customer for a bag to take out their take out in.
Update after reply: As a multi-million dollar company, I'm sure you are able to eat the cost of the bags instead of charging customers. This is the cost of business and attempting to mitigate climate issues. I'm not even sure why people are being charged for bags. Your company does more harm to the climate than anything any individual could do. Fix your company, don't charge me for your shortcoming.

This location looks good, smells good, well kept & very friendly/kind staff. I cannot stress enough how much better Triple O's is compared to other local fast food restaurants in the area. The quality of the food is 10 x better than anything else around. I absolutely LOVE Montey mushroom burger. Can't wait to come back for more!!
