DELICIOUS! We tell everyone we know how good this place is. Generous portions. Everything is fresh. REAL Greek salads with big chunks of feta. Everything on the menu is worth trying. We'll be coming back over and over again until we've tried it all. :)

We liked the easy going atmosphere and decor of the restaurant. The owner was friendly and polite, and the food was very flavorful. It was our first time here and will be back on occasions

This is my latest favourite. The food is amazing and the price point is reasonable. The portions are generous. (The Calamari comes with greek salad on the appetizer menu1 Perfect for lunch) The have an interesting beer and wine menu (a great place to try something new and maybe find a favourite) I love the fireplace. The owner is so friendly and wonderful. He makes it feel like coming home.

Was surprised by the variety on the menu and the very reasonable prices. I had the chicken wrap with Greek salad and she had the calamari with Greek salad. Our food was fresh and large portions. I had an awesome draft beer that I've never tried and she had a wonderful 9oz BC wine. I also had dessert. After a 25% WELL deserved tip, it was STILL under $100.
I highly recommend this hidden gem!

I recently visited Katerina’s and from the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a good experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food smelled great, and everything looked clean and well kept. our server was mia. Mia was absolutely phenomenal. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome right away. Throughout the entire meal, she was attentive without being intrusive. She checked in at the perfect moments, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure we always had what we needed. Mia was very professional. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and every suggestion she made was spot on. She handled everything with confidence. You could tell she cared about making sure her guests had a great time, and that level of service is something you don’t see everyday. it’s servers like her who keep people coming back.I highly recommend Katerina’s, and if you’re lucky enough to have Mia as your server, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience.

Hidden gem in Lantzville that is superb. Amazing Greek food. Remember me every time I return. Super friendly and genuine staff and owners.

We went with a group of friends last night for our first visit. Dinner and service were excellent, all in a lovely atmosphere! We all ordered Greek appys and mains and they came out fresh and piping hot. Servings were generous; we will definitely be back!

We visited Katerina’s for the first time last night and we ate the best Greek food ever! I find that most Greek restaurants use way too much salt and the food is usually very greasy. Not so at Katerina’s! The food was delicious. The Greek salad was super fresh and the feta was out of this world. The moussaka was wonderful and the chicken souvlaki was delicious.
I highly recommend Katerina’s for anyone who loves Greek food!

This place is the best food on the area!!! We are driving from Victoria to Campbell River and stopped for a late lunch here.

Being the only Greek place around for substantial drive, they’ve got a captive audience and charge accordingly. Most of the time, the food justifies it - you can taste the quality in their imported feta and the daily specials are genuinely good. The atmosphere feels authentic.
But consistency is hit or miss with the food and the service. Last visit, my souvlaki was dry and we didn’t see our server between taking the order and then bill, some new staff figured out how to get us utensils and fill our empty water. For these prices, expected more.
If you’re craving Greek food, this is your spot and you’ll likely enjoy it. Just know you’re paying premium prices for what can be inconsistent execution. When they nail it, it’s really good.
The good: Quality ingredients, nice atmosphere, specials are worth trying
The not-so-good: Pricey for cuisine; similar tastes for much less up island.
Worth going, expect premium pricing.

Edit: still deserve all stars, just saying im from a small town that lacks in greek food from ontario... if you miss this gem you will regret it!!
