“The Bear's Den Pub was great for our ski trip to Manning Park Resort. Our daughter has celiac disease, and we were delighted to see the selection of foods that she could eat. She was excited to go there two nights in a row to order something different. She asked about mac and cheese, and the waiter went to find out if it contained gluten. It was a safe choice and she loved it! They offer gluten free deep fried chicken and have a dedicated fryer. This will be the destination for our future ski trips based on food alone. All the food we ordered was tasty and the service was great. Awesome job Bear's Den!”

“We’ve been to this restaurant multiple times, over the last few years, and both the service and food are consistently excellent.

The Cajun chicken sandwich (with crispy chicken) has been a favourite of mine…I’ve had it twice and it was delicious each time.
I like to consider myself a poutine connoisseur, and theirs is great! The summer feature strawberry spinach salad was so fresh and full of flavour.

That said, can we please talk about the stew? It was hands-down our favourite cozy meal. Hoping it makes a comeback on the winter feature menu. PLEASE let it come back!!!”
