The store is very clean, with a special needs employee maintaining cleanliness. Service is efficient, with a smile. However, some locations may not serve onion rings, and some customers received cold onion rings. Despite this, the experience is positive, with polite and quick service. An interesting sight was an orange truck matching the A&W logo, adding to the overall positive experience at A&W Canada.
