I had been eating there for many years and other A&W but I would say this is the best A&W in the lower mainland B.C.
The food were well prepared and people were extremely friendly and helpful,
Under the leadership of Elisha this place is always clean and tidy and well look after . The best burger place and cold root beer in town. The French fried is always taste good without tasting recycled oil.
On Feb. 26 I had a drive through burger, fries and a chocolate milkshake.
Service was ok, food was as expected, milkshake was about the worst I’ve ever had.
It seemed as though it was filled with small pieces of ice, very little flavour and due to narrow paper straws, undrinkable. By the time the ice had melted enough (took over an hour), it was water downed and destined for the garbage.
Last time I’ll order a milkshake from A & W, very disappointed.
Did not have a bad food experience. They was very good and so was service. The problem,was a customer who started abusing me with terrible language and insults. Staff did not know how to deal with this. I am a 67 year old women who was accused of butting in front of a large man. There were two lines. Servicer said to me can I help you.
