“I recently attended a event with this food truck and I was pleased to see it. The food was great, I personally don't love the sweet fries though they are authentic Quebecian, which is the only reason for my 4 star food review. The service was good no complaints. Overall I would come back next time.“

“This is the first time we’ve tried the place. Great service and amazing eats. The food truck is at the green space at Potter’s nursery. There’s ample parking & several picnic tables set up to enjoy your meal. The brisket on a bun, jalapeño corn bread, baked beans, & mac n’ cheese are all fantastic! Menu items are reasonably priced for the quantity & quality of food they serve. We definitely recommend Texas Smoke BBQ & we’ll be back again.“

“Amazing chimichanga and the agri sauce is incredible you should bottle that and sell it. Also had to try the fried chicken and it was one of the best pieces of fried chicken I’ve ever had. I also really appreciated that when I just got one piece of fried chicken they didn’t just give me a drumstick and call it a day it was a pleasant surprise to find a piece of breast meat in the carton with my chimichanga. I will definitely keep my eyes out for your truck in the future.“
