“Walked in and it was a vibrant place. Everybody talkin having a good time. Guy at the counter was super welcoming and hella chill. The woman who took my order made it super easy (we've all had the opposite). There's good pics of the menu on other reviews or their website. I'm a waffle ho , always down for a good waffle. I ordered the cinnamon swell and the egg zeppelin (only half a sandwich though). Classic waffle, syrup, cinnamon & whip ?. That chive aioli sauce with the gouda and bacon/egg combo... damn. I spent $24 and say you DEFINITELY need to go.Parking: It's downtown bellingham, so depending when you go, will tell you about the parking. I went on a Saturday and it was busy of course.Kid-friendliness: There were kids ordering their food as I waited and the guy literally talked to them like other adults. They have kid items on the menu for drinks. Chocolate milk, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalks are flat leading to the corners. This place is on the corner of Railroad and Magnolia so a ♿️ can access the front door“
“We've had a total of 12 meals from the Outpost Eats food truck - twice at Wander Brewing Co and twice at Transition - and every meal has been great. We LOVE the vegetarian/vegan options. The menu is excellent at pointing out what you need to do to make a meal vegan if you want. (We're not vegan, just vegetarian, but it's reassuring to know that they understand what these words mean.) Our favorites are the Bulgogi Tofu Quesadilla, Veg Loco Moco, Thai Basil Tofu Bowl, and the Ginger Fried Rice, plus the mac salad and pineapple cucumber salad. Serving sizes are very generous and we almost always have leftovers. These meals aren't healthy, there's oil at the bottom when you (finally, after eating the leftovers the next day) empty the generously-filled container, but what can I say - we love them. I always order from my phone and haven't interacted with the cooks, but every order has been perfect.Vegetarian options: Well-marked menu with several veg and a few excellent vegan options.“
“My favorite food truck! Always dank, always hits the spot for that savory deliciousness. Their baklava also is absolute fire, usually have it the following morning with coffee. AND they are always so kind and friendly. Good food, good people!“
“OMG I can't speak highly enough about this place. My partner and I normally avoid gluten, but we had a splurge night and ordered almost everything on the menu to just try it. (Nothing is gluten free, don't mis-read my comment). The donuts are INCREDIBLE, and covered in sweetened condensed milk, don't sleep on those. The wonton soup is to die for, soo good. The pork buns were my partner's favorite. The crab rangoon's are the best i have ever had. Can't wait to go back again. Staff was great also!“
“I've been following Stella Sopra on Instagram for awhile and finally had the chance to try their food at the Tulip Valley Winery. The owner is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect. We tried the beef lasagna and daily special ravioli with chicken and roasted red peppers. The sauce on both was vibrant and just incredible! We loved the winery location and the tasting flight and cider to go with our meal. A perfect stop!“
“The food is great and the service staff are always friendly with an atmosphere that isn't too intimidating. The price can be a bit much it feels like but ultimately it's still well worth the stop if you find yourself lookin for a solid food truck.Parking: Parking is very good, they have a large open space so you don't have to worry about getting too cramped but the parking lot does have some potholes to look out for, especially if your vehicle is lowered.Kid-friendliness: The times I've brought my niece with me it's been a safe environment that I didn't feel worried or concerned exposing her to thanks to the friendliness of the staff.“
“we arrived after close without knowing it and not only was the food DELICIOUS, so much more flavorful than any other mexican food i’ve had, but the employees were so kind and gave us some leftover food for free as well. 10/10 will be returning for “
“Cool area to eat on Harris...inside Evil Bikes...on Saturday. The food is 'almost' to die for. Plentiful and tasty. The Reuben with fries will not leave you hungry. From order to food delivery; inside Evil, was about 15 minutes for two entrees. Wife ordered a Hen Solo and couldn't finish the fries--too much food for her. Definitely coming back here and the other location.“
“Great taco truck, very clean! Friendly people (related to the El Rinconcito Family Restaurant) They serve fresh, large, delicious portions. Parks downtown by the old Whatcom Museum. Open later- for after you leave the venues downtown! ??⭐?“
“Asolutely Amazing it's the perfect spot to take friends and family that fly into town to visit and it's one of My New Fw favorite local venues . Staff extremely knowledgeable fast and friendly, Food was Top Notch, the Atmosphere inside was classy as well as well as the outside patio it took me to another place I'm very impressed Chef Todd“
“Im in WA working, was looking for some fish and chips this popped up. Me loving food trucks had to go check it out and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh hot and cooked to perfection. the batter on everything was excellent and delicious nice flavor crispy. I started eating before I remembered I need get a picture Everything was awesome!!!!! Thank yall“
“My sister and I were in the area knew that when in the States, one must try to find Mexican food! We drove right into the parking lot and the staff told us that we could park anywhere. We ordered 2 x cheese tacos to share and OMG, let's just say that we went back to order more after we were done. I loved the satisfying cheese "crust" outside of the taco shell! It's truly a level up from the regular taco, even though the "regular" taco is always fire as well! We ordered the pork tacos and chorizo! I love smothering everything in salsa verde. The staff members were so extremely friendly. It's not the fanciest I have to warn you, because you order from a food truck and there are small tables set up in a parking lot. and there might not be a place to sit (we were lucky because there was 1 table available), but the food was super delicious!“
“By far my favorite store on the Guide. Authentic Mexican ingredients, great prices and the prepared food in the dining side O M Ga Ga!!!!! The flour tortillas alone are TO DIE FOR but add the language y aguacate. Sabor ! Delisioso! I go at least once every ten days now. It’s an addiction at this point. Follow me in tic tic and Instagram and you will see for yourself. Tommy G Foodie“
“I challenge anyone to find a better value for money in Washington. Great prices, great portions, and most importantly: great food. Got 2 fish tacos, chips and pico, and was unable to finish. Wasn’t expecting the chips to be such a big portion, but no complaints from me there ?“
“Terrific food, generous sized servings at reasonable prices. Fast service! Popular with the working crowd who want a quality lunch but don't have much time. Take out only, although you can dine on the premises at picnic tables. What makes this food truck exceptional is the quality of the food and its preparation.“
“We went back again today and last time I said everything was perfect except for the coleslaw so imagine my delight when I get my food today and they’re using a different coleslaw recipe and it is LOVELY! I was so very happy. Two thumbs way up for the new coleslaw recipe. The fish, chips, and tartar sauce continue to be perfection so this was just the perfect way to round out my combo. Thank you for listening!!“
“I’m a self proclaimed taco truck connoisseur, I’ve ate at taco trucks all over California, Oregon, Idaho and Utah, and once in Ohio. I’ve had some great eats and some bad eats but this place which is conveniently location in my town. Is hands down the best place I’ve been too.The food it’s amazing. It’s always consistent and delicious, the staff is amazing. Polite friendly and welcomingTheir location is always busy at lunch time so do your self a favor and order online.I’ve been eating at this taco truck off and on for the last 2 years maybe even 3 and I’ve never been disappointed once…. Well I do get disappointed when I eat all my food and it’s gone but that’s a personal problem.“
“Best breakfast burritos in Bellingham. They are willing to customize - removing all the filler (Potatoes and chorizo) and just do egg + meat. Only compliant is they don't open until 9:30am, and I'm fighting the urge to be "hangary" by then, and would love if they would open earlier.“
“Local food truck at Kulshan Brewery. (They've moved to different locations during the past few years.) The food is delicious, fresh, hot, and made to order. For years, this has been our favorite food truck in Bellingham. Our favorite orders include burritos, tacos, taco salads, and nachos.Casual setting, with outdoor tables under a huge canopy with heaters. Or take the food inside Kulshan. We usually take ours to go as we send someone to pick up our order. Also, they take orders over the phone. At times, street parking can be a challenge, but it's well worth it. ?“
“Went for the first time and the food was amazing, one of the best things I have eaten in a while. They have large and small portions available for most items and the prices were appropriate for the quantity and quality of food. I will for sure be going back.“
“Hard ish place to find but worth the hunt. Burger was best smashed burger I have had in the PNW. They actually SMASH them here. Super thin and crispy beef, great sauce, cheese melt was on point and the bun was great. Called in to find them and they said we are in the sketchy bus behind the brewery, that is exactly what I was lookin for.“
“The Ice Cream Sandwiche's Hot Sister.Pinnacle Grilled Cheeze right here. Takes up the entire plate/takeoutbox as a proper sandwich should, the crispy edges are what Cheezits wish they were and "Send It" has the Melt in your mouth factor. I AM SATISFIED. Epitome Of Indulgence. Wowie friendly happy staff and cute dog!“
