Greek Town Food Truck in Bellingham is definitely worth checking out! I tried the slow-cooked 10-hour lamb gyro, and it was absolutely delicious. The lamb was incredibly flavorful and tender, and the whole gyro was easily one of the highlights of my visit.
Since it’s a food truck, the seating is outdoors, but they’re conveniently parked at a local brewery, which makes for a really fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Always good and always hot! I always get the pork belly gyro
Best Greek food ever!! I got the loaded fries with the slow-cooked lamb and my boyfriend got the classic gyro, also with lamb. Both were absolutely amazing, we agreed immediately we’d be coming here all the time. The woman who took our order was so sweet and helpful!! Now that I’ve had their amazing food I can’t go back to life without it. I will recommend this place to anyone I can, so good!

Greektown is a restaurant with amazing food and a high-quality, precise menu. The food is consistently well made, with highlights including the loaded pork belly fries, gyros, Greek salads, and dolmas. The pork belly, shredded lamb, and Greek sausage proteins are all excellent. The house made tzatziki is a highlight that ties the menu together. It is located at a permanent spot outside of Kulshan with plenty of picnic tables and inside seating. The staff is amazing. The overall experience is highly recommended.
