Bennett Bay Bistro offers a beautiful venue with large windows overlooking a quiet bay and an iconic small island. The service was generally good, with a small order mix-up promptly addressed and a bonus provided. While the service wasn't always the most attentive, it met expectations.
The diverse menu featured dishes such as the Duck Sammy, Seafood Chowder, Beef Dip, Fish and Chips, and Homefried Chicken. The Duck Sammies were praised for their crispy skin and delicious cherry preserve, while the Seafood Chowder was a standout with its generous portions of flaky fish and rich, buttery broth.
However, the reviews were mixed on some dishes. The Beef Dip was generously portioned, but the dipping sauce was provided in a too-small container. The Fish and Chips were underwhelming, with a lackluster batter and sauce. The Fried Chicken was also criticized for having more batter than chicken.
