Enjoyed a delicious lunch while visiting Mayne for the first time. A friendly welcome was followed by attentive service, delicious food and an enjoyable dining experience in the outdoor garden. The gazpacho, deep fried cauliflower and Asian pork bowl special were all excellent, with real attention to the quality of the food and flavouring. The mango mint mocktails were so refreshing on a warm summer’s day. This obviously has become a popular spot and it’s easy to see why.
First time visiting the Montrose Local for dinner, had the Jerk Chicken bowl, excellent blend of spices and the heat was perfectly complimented by the cooling mango salsa and fresh veggies… Wife had the burger, nice pink centre (hallmark of any good burger) and a fantastic texture and caramelized onions never disappoint. If mushroom or blue cheese options are ever added to the menu I know what I’ll be having on my next visit. So glad to see a fantastic dining spot has picked...read full review

Such an incredible gem! We were blow away by the friendly staff, and welcoming Hostess (Abby?) Who thoughtfully checked in with us throughout our stay. Food was spectacular! This place has heart.
