Ordered Teen burgers, we received double Teen burgers and charged us for double Teen burgers, also over seasoned. Root Beer was watery not calibrated properly. Service was flat, unapologetic, unfriendly. Lobby was dirty. Both men’s and lady’s washrooms were filthy.. men’s toilet was overflowing. Poor representation of this company, your neglect hurts all A&W franchises! Head Office needs to do a visit!
So impressed by this A&W store and the integrity of the people who run it and work there. The food is consistently the wonderful A&W quality and the store does right by their customers when something does on occasion go awry. This is a small town that is super busy in the summer and times are challenging in terms of finding, training and retaining people which makes this store all that much more impressive! Excellent service! Not comparable to any of the other (similar) establishments in Merritt as their service and product, far exceeds them all.
