I come to BP often and usually have great experiences, which is why tonight left me feeling frustrated but also torn, because I do understand mistakes happen.
I ordered a pizza with no onions. Simple enough. When it came out, it had onions cooked underneath the cheese, so there was no way to just pick them off. Didn't catch his name, but we had the BEST server here. Witty, quick, and actually engaging instead of the usual pleasant-but-forgettable routine. I usually tip because it feels like a social contract; this time I tipped because I actually wanted to.
