garbage everywhere I had to order my coffee 3 times because they kept forgetting about it they informed me there was no charcuterie boards left but then proceeded to give one to the next customer in line ,overall very unsatisfied about this visit
On the way through town on way to Shuswap Lake we stopped and ordered a Latte and an Americano. Back on the Hwy and we had been given two Lattes! My cup’s label even said Americano. I am so annoyed. I was looking forward to a good strong coffee and instead I got warm milk! What if I was lactose intolerant? Very careless of the barista!

Hit the drivethru on the way through Merritt. Staff member couldn't understand the order and had to get a manager. The manager was super rude, told me what I really meant, and sent me off with a gross cup of cold cream and a shot of espresso. Not worth going in to complain. Won't be back.

I have continuously been given some variation of milk in my coffee that is not what I specified. Lactose free and nonfat are not the same thing. Some people have serious issues with certain things and its really not difficult to use the specified ingredients. Having the order repeated to you as verification should cement the ingredients in their mind as well
