Lobby locked, hours reduced, refusing walk up customers, customers trying to pay your wages... Following in Revelstokes footpath and doors will be closing soon, shop local! Small cafes are so much nicer to their customers, with proper coffee and not Americanized garbage coffee from rude staff that clearly don't care about their pay cheque as 5 of them are walking around and 1 is working.

I’ve been disappointed a few times over the years by this location being closed at odd times. Today I arrived at 2:30 and it was closed, the sign on the door said “sorry, we adjusted our hours” but it also said they were supposed to be open until 3pm. I personally hate all their food items, all their baked goods are way too sweet.

Every time you go here. They are completely rude and woke. I spend $400 a month here and asked for water w/o purchase because I was dehydrated. Then on thanksgiving, I simply asked to use the restroom for my child and they rudely asked me to leave meanwhile others were in there using it. Complete mismanagement and disrespect from employees. Kamloops was much more accommodating and even Hope. Pass by at all costs. Stop feeding this arrogance. Corporatism.

Probably THE slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in B C. Stayed in Merrit for 2 weeks and tried this place 3 times. Each time, either the drive thru was closed off.. Or it's packed inside. Even though my online order was scheduled for drive thru pick up ahead of time.. I still had to go in there and deal with the chaos. Once inside, there's wall to wall people who've been waiting up to 20 mins for their orders... Not worth thd headache for the money. No thanks Never again.

I’ve never had a more miserable person at the drive thru window at a Starbucks. Maybe because I told her her shirt was inside out but if nobody told her I was just trying to be nice. No thank or have a nice day just a miserable look on her face. I feel these are the workers that want a top even tho they can’t say hello or thank you. Glad this isn’t my usual location.
