The sub I ate is amazing. The subway melt never disappoints! But most of all I would like to commend and give my appreciation to the asian girl who did my order, Andrea I'm not sure if I read her tag well but she's such a sweetheart, me and my mom often order at this branch when passing the city of merritt and whenever she's the one up front she's very patient and very friendly with my mom unlike some servers in other restaurants here in merritt that seems to be irritated when serving old people. So kuddos to you! We really appreciate your patience and kindness, you also have a calming sweet voice.

The staff in this location was very friendly. Once we entered we were greeted with a lovely smile from Andrea and the rest of the staff. I was also impressed on how the restroom is very clean. We are driving back from Kelowna to Vancouver and this subway is perfectly located pit stop for a good sandwich meal! Thank you guys!

We dropped by subway merritt on our way back to Vancouver from Kelowna. It was quite a quick but memorable experience with the staff. They were all courteous and welcoming especially Andrea who was all smiles while serving us. The sandwiches were served very fresh. This branch in Merritt is highly recommended for travellers going to and from kelowna to Vancouver as its location is very convenient. Kudos!

One of the good subway I ever had here. Employees are nice and restaurant was cleaned.
Don’t use this subway ever in order takeout because they force you to wait in the line so what’s the point in using the app? Apparently very rude as well if you try and come to the cashier without waiting in line. Every subway I’ve been in Vancouver does not work this way. One sub was made and cold and the other subwas not ready and made us wait. The line got theirs. Won’t be back here.
