Terrible service. 3 employees I saw May 15th at 1.30pm. As soon as I entered 1 employee asked what I wanted without giving me time to even look at the menu and then disappeared in the back room to socialize with other employees. After a minute I was ready to order and one employee was peaking out from the back room while socializing and another was wiping down the window at the front. No one behind the counter to take my order. The one peaking from the back room didn't move. The one cleaning the window didn't do anything even after I complained about the lack of service. After 2 minutes I left. No wonder I was the only customer there at a peak lunch time hour. Hire people that Want to do the job.

The sub I ate is amazing. The subway melt never disappoints! But most of all I would like to commend and give my appreciation to the asian girl who did my order, Andrea I'm not sure if I read her tag well but she's such a sweetheart, me and my mom often order at this branch when passing the city of merritt and whenever she's the one up front she's very patient and very friendly with my mom unlike some servers in other restaurants here in merritt that seems to be irritated when serving old people. So kuddos to you! We really appreciate your patience and kindness, you also have a calming sweet voice.

The staff in this location was very friendly. Once we entered we were greeted with a lovely smile from Andrea and the rest of the staff. I was also impressed on how the restroom is very clean. They were all courteous and welcoming especially Andrea who was all smiles while serving us. The sandwiches were served very fresh.
