At 705 pm drove thru the drive thru in Merritt, BC got home at 714 pm. I purchased a medium coffee with 1 sweetener and 1 milk. By the time I arrived home the coffee was not even lukewarm. I called the establishment back she asked me to come back. I said I don't think so but why would the coffee be cold? She responded it probably because we added milk. 1 milk doesn't make your coffee cold. I have never had coffee go cold by adding 1 milk. Don't think I'll be going back.

Have just entered the Tim Hortens in Merritt, BC. What a spectacular renovation. Just amazing. One cannot take one's eyes off such a beautiful job. Tastefully done. Greeted with a cheerful smile from the female employee who took our order. Later, another employee, "Jen". Will certainly return for a morning coffee. Wayne & Josie. Cheers to owner, Nick. Grand reno! Would like to make one comment that was shared by other patrons, really miss the cozy "fireplace" that, personally, added a distinctive feature. Would it be possible, perhaps to put an imitation fireplace in the corner. I notice there is quite the room for one! It would add cozyness to the place.

Recently renovated, super clean store, clean washrooms. At times you see the owners serving the customers, very hospitable. Entire staff is very nice!
The only tim hortons in BC that only has the same 2 soups....Brocoli or chicken noodle and none of the other ones Thi chicken.... potato bacon.. etc.why is that. We moved here frim 100 mile house and they had all the soups diffeerent ones every day and on road trips all over western Canada we always stop for soup..but we never go to this store..no selection at all. And chili isnt a soup its a stew. Sad

Building is under renovation, they open temporary driver though in a big food trailer, no washrooms and dine in faculties available until renovation work completed.
Absolutely ridiculous interaction with staff. I ordered a large specialty tea at the kiosk and paid. Shortly after the guy called me over and explained that they didn't have that tea. He looked at me like I was from another planet like they've never carried it. I have it in a Tim Hortons box at home. With a bit of a fuss he offered a refund. He popped the cash register open and handed me a toonie. I had paid, more than that for the tea, by credit card. Overall a ridiculous interaction with the staff.

I ordered drive thru ice coffee expresso foam on top but I got coffee without expresso foam when I requested to add on it she ignored I visited drive thru #3 times for add syrup and foam .she was very arrogant , at the last time she said they don’t have more expresso foam . She didn’t say apologize and offer any compliments drink . Thanks You…!
