I Had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Surbhi. She is always friendly, attentive, and makes every customer feel welcome. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stand out, even during busy hours. She provides quick service with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. I usually enjoy visiting Tim Hortons, but my recent experience with Supervisor Gayani was very disappointing. Her behavior was unprofessional and not what I would expect from someone in a leadership role. Instead of addressing my concern respectfully, she was dismissive and rude, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
Good customer service is about kindness and patience, especially in a supervisor position, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking in this situation. I hope management looks into this matter seriously, as experiences like this reflect poorly on the Tim Hortons brand.

We were here on Sunday at 6:10 pm, there was no one to take orders till 6:17 so we ordered with Kiosk. By the time we got order 6:34pm, we were told by crew that we ordered two vanilla iced lattes instead of vanilla iced capps. We asked the supervisor “Gayani” to replace the drinks kindly and charge the difference since it was a mistake. But she insisted and made us pay for the drinks again, which could obviously be fixed without any hassle.

30 minutes to get our order, 20 minutes in we were told they didn’t have all the items we needed so we had to switch (after many ppl got their orders through the drive thru ahead of us, probably receiving our items) my drink was made wrong twice and the guy argued with me about it. I never did get the right drink, we needed to get back on the road. Never going back, they are counting on everyone driving away and you can’t get a refund on the app…it tells you to go back to the location, again the owner is clearly counting on this.
