It’s very frustrating that almost every time I visit, hot drinks aren’t available. I usually come specifically for a hot latte, but I’m often offered only cold drinks or espresso instead. It’s honestly starting to get irritating. I hope this issue can be resolved, as customers come for specific drinks and expect them to be available.

I visited there yesterday, the atmosphere was so good. But, i got disappointed by the food service as i ordered a french vanilla and what i got was Americano, idk why i got wrong order by mistake or what! So disappointed!!!!

Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested and unorganized. My order was wrong, and when I pointed it out, there was no apology—just attitude. The place wasn’t even busy, yet it still took a long time to get basic items. For a brand known for quick service, this location really missed the mark. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I'm a traveller and was passing by Merritt. I saw Tims and wanted to grab a quick coffee and some snacks for my journey. MEET was leading me. Such a nice guy, he greeted me with a smile and patiently waited for my order. By the time my order arrived, we talked a lot and then he served me my food. I mean what more could you ask for from an employee. Loved his service.
