It’s very frustrating that almost every time I visit, hot drinks aren’t available. I usually come specifically for a hot latte, but I’m often offered only cold drinks or espresso instead. It’s honestly starting to get irritating. I hope this issue can be resolved, as customers come for specific drinks and expect them to be available.
Great Tim Hortons location! The staff is friendly, service is quick, and everything is always fresh. Perfect spot for a coffee run or a quick bite. Clean place and easy drive-through too. Definitely coming back!
I'm a traveller and was passing by Merritt. I saw Tims and wanted to grab a quick coffee and some snacks for my journey. MEET was leading me. Such a nice guy, he greeted me with a smile and patiently waited for my order. By the time my order arrived, we talked a lot and then he served me my food. I mean what more could you ask for from an employee. Loved his service.
