Ordered online staff is really mismanaged 6 staff member 3 cleaning for close at 6 pm it’s currently 5 pm store full lots of order waiting one girl making drinks one on til one in the back what nonsense not fair to the one girl doing her best to cover all the orders
It was a ridiculous long wait for a coffee. Even for a Starbucks! Definitely need to hire more staff.
