Used to be really good, but has gone down a bit recently. First off, the current staff aren’t very welcoming. Second, the quality has gone down. The last burger was just ok, but I thought maybe it was a fluke. Today’s was just plain bad. The poutine is a 5/5, if you add the thick cut bacon.The burger is delicious as well! Fresh and tasty ingredients all around.The only real downside is the cost, it's a little expensive, but it is tasty regardless.

Absolutely no complaints. A very good and filling burger. My partner got the crispy chicken burger and it was DEFINITELY bigger than most of the fast food joints around. I would say it’s better than most pubs around in Nanaimo. I know people said that they usually has a longer wait but we waited at max 10 minutes, but to be fair we were the only other table there (we beat a mini rush that followed us right after).
