The earlier the better. Trust me. The fresh baked goods are delicious and nothing beats fresh warm muffins. The service is top shelf. Also, side note if you like buying art from local artists then check out the items for sale in the shop.
Whenever we are travelling I always look for places to eat or have coffee that are above average.Bocca Cafe was rated high when doing a google search when looking for the best Nanaimo bars in Nanaimo and so we went and we’re not disappointed.We ordered the salted, peanut and regular Nanaimo bars to share with friends and they were all delish.Would recommend.

This place just isnt worth it since the hike in prices.2 pieces of frittata; 2 nanaimo bars =$40. No drinks, no sides. That's pretty ridiculous to be fair. Service is hit n' miss. They can be pretty rude sometimes but I notice a frequency turnover of staff. Its unfortunate, the food tastes okay- its always been pretty greasy though but the home style menu items are nice. The Nanaimo bars honestly aren't very good. The filling ratio is off and it's just way too sweet and dense....read full review
