Food is generally good I really like their fries - they are probably the best Burger King around as other locations have really gone down hill. However, the service is inconsistent and the restaurant is filthy (edit: they’ve renovated the restaurant). Went in and used a coupon for 2 can dine and asked for one whopper and one original chicken and they said no problem. Went in a different time and asked for the same thing and they firmly said no. Moved to Nanaimo about a year ago and this location WAS great! Not anymore: higher prices, slow service, and low energy staff.
Not sure what’s changed here recently, but this location got my order wrong 4 out of 5 times on recent visits. Every time I politely ask them to fix it, they act like it's a huge inconvenience. (No cheese, no sauce in bag, with ketchup if ask for no ketchup etc)
The last time I ordered with cheese and didn't get any I just took the loss...read full review

On the whole good. Always gets my order right. Just avoid Drive Through at peak times. All it takes is for a couple of cars to order made to order food, and you're stuck in that line up for 20-30 minutes
