The staff are friendly and polite and do not care about the quality of the food. Super nice people, they work hard, I feel bad complaining, but this is a constant issue with them: the fries.See, here's what's supposed to happen with the fries: they fry them, then leave them to drip drain all the grease out, then they put them in the fry tray and add salt. The wopper is good for fast food however the service and speed is not ok. Why it takes 10 with no line or customers inside, to make a 6+ JUNIOR wopper is beyond me. No sorry for the wait, upgrade... the guy passed me the bag without saying anything or making eye contact. Do they spit in our food in the back? To bad, I'll go to BK in another city.

I have a slightly lowered vehicle and no matter how careful I drive, the end of their drive-thru is in such a beat up cracked, pot-holed disrepair I can't not bottom out. Then when you make it past the minefield exit there's not one garbage bin anywhere? Are people expected to actually walk-in to their dining area to discard their garbage from getting drive-thru?
