Exceptional service! I even got some gorgeous latte art!
Recently moved down to Nanaimo and this Starbucks is in the area. Been coming consecutively for the past few days and the service is really good. The drinks are ok but everything is really well and I’m happy.
Had to wait bit longer for my coffee then usual but staff was very friendly

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a sweet, chill atmosphere that is cozy and homey, not too loud. The staff are friendly, with special shout outs to baristas who greet customers with a smile and ensure orders are correct, making the experience a pleasure. The sugar oat cookie latte is weirdly good. However, the prices are more expensive for the same beverage than other stores, and food size has greatly decreased in portions. Service can be quick when not too busy, but there can be a wait for drinks. Some customers find the beverage not as good as other stores, and the system behind the counter can be defective. Tips are requested, and there are occasional issues like no soap in the washroom. Despite this, collecting stars on the Starbucks app is highly recommended.
