Super bummed out, I paid $7 for A Venti white chocolate mocha and clearly it’s a regular mocha. It’s also missing the extra espresso shot I paid extra for. The difference between white and regular is a huge difference, nothing I could fix so I tossed it. I have never had an issue with Starbucks before other then this location a few times now, felt the review was necessary.

My daughter treated me to an Almond Chai Tea Latte, that also was delicious!

This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives mixed reviews. The staff are often described as friendly, sweet, and providing amazing customer service. Some of the nicest staff interactions ever have been experienced here, but also some of the worst, making it a crap shoot. The service is usually great, but walking in when it is busy is not recommended. One order of an iced vt matcha latte was made with whole milk instead of oat milk, so the drink was not enjoyed. Another order was wrong, missing a specification, and the customer had to reorder and pay for a new one, which was a waste of 6 bucks. However, a Decaff Americano Misto with oat milk was worth the walk, and the coffee is described as fire as always. The comfy chairs are also appreciated.
