Triple O's Nanaimo is a welcoming restaurant with excellent service. The staff, including the woman at the counter and the lady at the front, are polite and attentive. The food is delicious, with options such as vegetarian breakfast items and lettuce wraps for keto diets. However, there have been issues with inconsistent orders, including the relish topping being accidentally added despite requests to leave it off. Despite this, the restaurant's beautiful views of Mount Benson and clean atmosphere make it a pleasant dining experience.
