The food has such a off putting taste it's gross here not like any other A&W I've had which are all great other than this one in the mall. The tables are absolutely disgusting. Hygiene from staff is horrible the burger I got tasted extremely bad like spoiled I don't recommend this location of A&W to anyone if they don't want to be throwing up their food sick after like me. Would have said something there but we took home our food. Extremely dissapointed.

My first A&W here, I asked for something on the menu with substitutions and they were happy to accommodate. The wait was quite quick. The food quality was mixed, the sausage and patty was good but the bacon was quite greasy, dripping with grease every time I lifted my food. I’m not too sure if that’s a common thing with A&W, but overall I had a good experience and the food was tasty. The only real reason I go to A&W anymore is to grab some onion rings. Two out of the last 3 times I’ve gone they didn’t even have any. The time they had them they were alright, but nothing compared to the size and crisp you used to have back in the day.

Terrible service consistently .Find clumps of hair in food there on the regular and will be treated poorly by not only staff but also management when issues are addressed .Do not eat at this location .

I ate a spicy herbenaro burger which was not that spicy but yeah it was good in taste.The service is nice , Ankush at the counter was very sweet with taking orders and everything.

bought a bacon and egger for breakfast and was extremely disappointed. two people who ordered after me received their food before me. once i got my food the english muffin was burnt. the bacon was burnt as well. took two bites and had to throw it out because it tasted horrible. wont be getting breakfast there again.

I wish I could give zero stars if I could, went here last night with my partner and now we both have food poisoning, the tables were all sticky and disgusting so we took our food to go instead of eating in like we originally wanted, staff don't seem to be interested in the hospitality part of their jobs either....

Overflown garbage bins, yucky tables,No decaf coffee (not bothered when suggested for next time), very poor service. Food - just had regular coffee which was ok.Dietary restrictions: Not considerate with special needs person who can have caffeinated coffee only. Settled with green tea

Went for quick lunch had Double Teen burger fries root beer. It was okay quality has gone down and prices have gone up a lot. No such thing as a cheap lunch at a fast food restaurant. Staff was kinda rude no one at the counter. I almost left. Poor service. Got coupons in the mail not sure if I will use them. I spent 1600 dollars. I may as well go to a full service restaurant at the new prices. We need a MacDonalds and Burger King in Nelson.Parking: This location is in our local Nelson mall so lots of parking.

Worst A&W we’ve ever eaten at. Slow service as only 2 people working. Often out of items (ie: onion rings). No hygiene as handling cash and food. Person at counter moves slow and turns back for 6 min at a time ignoring people in line up. Took 20 min to get order even though we were 2nd in line. First time this happened we thought it was an off day. Tables dirty. Second chance and service was worse. We recommend the drive thru location as a much better experience. This one needs new owner/manager.
