Hi Domino's good luck good service
I ordered pizza and garlic cheese bread online. I got to store to pick up and was told the garlic bread was made incorrectly and it would be a few more minutes. I waited a few minutes and when I went to pay they included the order of garlic bread that wasn't correct along with my fresh batch. The fine young gentleman behind the counter gave me a coupon for a free pizza for the inconvenience. I thought this was awesome of them. Amazing customer service!!! Since opening I know they’ve been very busy; tonight my pizza was missing several topping. I called to complain (nicely) and first thing they ask is are you located in Nelson; when I said I was they offered to remake my pizza, tossed in 2 lava cakes and said I could eat the mistake pizza they did not need it back. The gentleman I spoke with was incredibly polite and handled things so well. Also I love their pizza and I highly recommend the lava cakes....read full review
